Kiboje land is very fertile area.
It is within the agricultural zone in Zanzibar.
ST. AUGUSTINE’S PARISH,

KIBOJE: It was founded in 1950. In 1964 the first building of the Church was erected. It was made a sub-Parish in 2000. In 2015,August,30th, it was dedicated to St Augustine and officially inagurated as Parish by Bishop Augustine Shao C.S.Sp with 1,386 baptized Catholics. The newly parish has 10 small Christian communities and three Mission Stations, namely:
(a) St. Augustine Kiboje itself, (b)Kizimbani and(c) Ghana
(b) Kizimbani: This was founded in 1938. The first building was built by Mr William Owen in 1945 and Pastoral work was given by Catechist Vincent Makoba. I has now three small Christian communities with the total of baptized Christians numbered 613.
