The Catholic Diocese of Zanzibar put much effort on education as we believe it is the only way to liberate human being.
Education is one of our mission. We may ask ourselves with the 99% of Muslims, the Catholic Church has made an effort which will always create a fratenity to all through EDUCATION. Equality for all as all human being are equal and we are brothers and sisters before God.
It is through Education the kids from kindergartten come together and get know each with different faith. It is through Education kids grow together and see each other as brothers and sisters.
The Catholic prime schools and all in general combine both Christian and Muslims in the scholl. Education is a 'right' to all human being.

Achievements
The secondary school has produced many successful students due to its good performance and some of the students are working already while others are pursuing higher education
The remedial school has given many students opportunity to join various secondary schools to further their education that they could not do if the remedial school was not there.
The primary school like the other schools mentioned already has also made its contribution to the society by preparing and giving quality education to the pupils who never missed secondary schools to join after their primary education
The kindergartens are the places where the foundation of good education is sown. Values upheld by the society are instilled in the kindergartens and children’s talents are developed
The students from low income families who cannot effort secondary education, the school dropouts, etc have found access to vocational training in the diocese and after the learning period they get employed or employ themselves.
