Five years back it began as a small Christian Community formed by workers from various hotels in Nungwi. With God's grace it grew and it was raised to the status of out station under Kitope Parish which last shortly. In 2021 January 20, Rt, Rev. Augustine N Shao C.S,Sp officially inagurated as a new parish in Zanzibar in Nungwi area. Fr. Damas Mfoi is asigned as a the parish Priest.
